Currently, we are looking for a Site Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our Team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, Execute and monitor the implementation of Wingcopter Service Solutions & Accountable for high-quality Process Optimization. Process Management of all facets of concept to release and execution
  • Manage the performance and goal setting of the on-site teams
  • Analyze and identify operational improvement opportunities and analyse them for efficiency (waste, complexity, cost), effectiveness (achieves desired outcome), and quality
  • Clearly and effectively communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement & then execute them
  • Identify root causes of problems and work with internal partners to find resolutions and work to implement resolutions
  • Develop business analytics and insights strategic & tactical recommendations
  • Drive insights & improvements: working across functional teams, define, create, and maintain key operational metrics and dashboards aligned with the Global operations org strategy that enables proactive management and monitoring of performance and forecasting
  • Partner with BI teams to stay current and leverage new data points and data delivery tools; drive
  • awareness of data availability and build best practice sharing
  • Collaborate on the development and iteration of playbooks, helping to make operations efforts predictable and repeatable
  • Forecast requirements and budgeting for the implementation of Wingcopter Service Operations  
  • Select, hire, organize trainings, assign employees for on-site operations
  • Performance (KPI) and goal setting for on-site operations, evaluating the success criteria and conducting reviews
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing SOPs
  • The position includes staying abroad to support the implementation of projects in target countries.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in managing and leading operation teams (preferable service related)
  • Previous Experience & knowledge in Supply chain and Logistics industry, UAV industry.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional, global teams to drive results and solve problems
  • Detail-oriented with experience in identifying an issue, investigating, developing a solution, implementing change and monitoring the results
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate uncertain situations to drive for clarity; work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
  • Proven track record of implementing complex customer solutions
  • Strong analytical skills: the ability to quickly break down complex matters, bring people together and make decisions
  • Experience applying structure/frameworks to unstructured problems
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with respect and humility
  • Experience driving operations to scale
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the UAV sector is advantageous
  • Fluent English skills, and other language skills are appreciated
  • Willingness to travel to support operations
  • Intercultural competencies
